How to use lifting slings 、webbing slings、round slings safely

1. The endless round sling must be inspected before each use to check whether the surface of the slings is scratched or cut horizontally or vertically, and whether the edges, soft rings and end pieces are damaged. Only when the slings are confirmed to be in good condition can they be lifted
2. Strictly abide by the lifting method coefficient and use the slings correctly.
3. The surface of the lifting workpiece should be smooth, without sharp corners, burrs and edges. If necessary, special lifting sling covers and corner protectors should be used. It is forbidden to use slings to directly lift objects with sharp corners, burrs and edges.
4. When moving the slings and goods, the slings are not allowed to be dragged anywhere to avoid damaging the surface of the slings.
5. When carrying, the slings must not be lifted in a knotted or twisted state.
6. It is forbidden to suspend goods with slings for a long time.
7. When the goods stay on the slings, the slings must not be pulled out from the load state to avoid damaging the slings
8. The Eye-Eye Webbing Sling should be prevented from being hung by other objects or subjected to other impact loads during the lifting process.
9. The load condition must not be changed during the lifting process. If several slings are to be used at the same time, place them on each sling as much as possible.
10. It is forbidden to connect or extend the slings by knotting.
